As part of an intake the calculator when called upon will check the eligibility criteria for all the organization´s programs/service areas to deliver a wider range of service opportunity for the customer. Also allows for the eligibility criteria for state human service programs to be considered! It is very important to note that the calculator is checking each program/service area to see if the customer meets the eligibility criteria of these programs and is not verifying the intake. In summary, the customer is doing presumptive eligibility determination.
