Now Web enabled, CAPTAIN is available over the Internet from our servers that are hosted in a secure web data center that is protected and secure 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no longer a need for an agency to make an investment in a server or wide area network unless their specialized needs require it. They simply connect to their Internet Service Provide (ISP) and then to their own secure database maintained on the host server. All modules in the CAPTAIN System are Internet ready.

The operating environment is driven by a powerful mission critical, enterprise wide operating system with full support for system security through multi-layered password protection, unattended system backup, database access protection, file and record locking, and many other critical features required by industrial quality systems and maintained to those standards.

The configuration is completely scaleable and has no practical upper limits with respect to server capacity, memory, disk storage, processing power, or number of users.
