LIHEAP (Fuel Assistance)

A robust system to handle all the end user and administrative functions of running a fuel assistance program. From tracking intakes, incomplete intakes, client and vendor notifications, certification, funding source reporting, the system will handle all aspects of running a LIHEAP (Fuel Assistance) Program.

 

 Intake Same common intake as case management, LIHEAP and HEAD START. Intakes can be done online and a LIHEAP application printed post intake.
 Incomplete Intake tracking Track applications that are incomplete (reasons for incomplete intakes are user definable).
 Benefit Determination Based on Program Guidelines CAPTAIN will calculate the benefit. Program Guidelines reflected based on state regulations.
 Crisis/Supplemental payments Features to create additional benefits based on hardship.
 Client/Vendor Notification Allows any data element to be reported on.
 Check Processing Invoices bundled and paid by the system with feeds to other fiscal systems.
 Adhoc Reporting Supports reporting to all data elements.
