completely integrates all client services through the Client Database
so that a single point of entry can deliver a full range of services
without repetitive and redundant data collection. Once a client
has been recorded in the system, that unduplicated client can
be served by any program without having to collect client data
again. The sum of all of these services provides the data collection
required for CSBG and other statistical reporting automatically.
