CAPTAIN
provides the ability to agencies to measure the effectiveness
of all of their programs and services against several nationally
adopted measurement standards. Working in collaboration with our
current client agencies we have developed a methodology that is
easy to implement and provides effective reporting but yet is
customized to fit the programs you operate. Services can be delivered
in the context of case management or stand alone services related
to individuals and households, duplicated or unduplicated. Because
the requirement to measure demographic information is still a
part of CSBG reporting, CAPTAIN gives you all of your required
reporting in addition to ROMA. When you use CAPTAIN to introduce
Central Client Intake, you begin the process that leads you easily
to ROMA and a wealth of information to improve the effectiveness
of your programs on the lives of the people you serve.
