When
a new customer purchases CAPTAIN, we install the software on site
and customize it to meet the characteristics and requirements
of the agency. We meet with the users and apply parameters in
our software that reflects the options and choices of the agency.
We also set up user accounts and passwords, assist in locating
workstations, set up print queues, test the operating system and
perform any necessary steps to tailor it to the new installation.
