CAP Systems Enables Seamless Tracking and Utilization of Community Needs Assessment Data for CARD

[Oklahoma City, OK, May 15, 2017] — CAP Systems, Inc., a leading provider of software solutions for community service organizations, has collaborated with CARD (Community Action Resource and Development), an Oklahoma agency, to integrate their annual community needs assessment (CNA) into the CAPTAIN® system. This custom integration empowers CARD staff to efficiently manage CNA data alongside client demographics, enhancing service delivery and strategic planning.

The CAP Systems™ design and development team utilized the Custom Field Feature to tailor CARD’s community needs assessment form directly into the CAPTAIN® system. This integration allows clients to complete the assessment seamlessly within the system, capturing all questions and responses directly linked to their application.

"The integration of CARD’s community needs assessment into CAPTAIN® represents a significant advancement in our ability to serve our community effectively," said Brian Cayer, President and CEO of CAP Systems™. "This custom-built solution not only streamlines data management but also enhances our clients’ ability to utilize comprehensive assessment data in their daily operations."

The custom-built feature enables CARD to track community needs over time, analyze trends, and align services accordingly, ensuring that resources are allocated where they are most needed. By embedding the CNA directly within CAPTAIN®, the system becomes a powerful tool for informed decision-making and strategic resource allocation.
