This custom integration empowers CARD staff to efficiently manage CNA data alongside client demographics, enhancing service delivery and strategic planning.
The CAP Systems™ design and development team utilized the Custom Field Feature to tailor CARD’s community needs assessment form directly into the CAPTAIN® system. This integration allows clients to complete the assessment seamlessly within the system, capturing all questions and responses directly linked to their application.
