Reflections from the TACAA Conference in Frisco, Texas

Last week at the Texas Association #TACAA Conference in Frisco, Texas, our team was reminded of something that often gets lost in the day‑to‑day pace of running a business: there is no substitute for time spent with your customers.
Conferences like TACAA aren’t just about sessions, booths, or badges. They’re about conversations. Real ones. The ones that don’t fit neatly into a calendar invite or a quarterly business review.
Strengthening What Already Matters
One of the most valuable parts of the week was the quality time we spent with our current customers. Sitting across the table, hearing what’s working well, what’s changed in their world, and where they’re headed next provides insight no survey or email ever could.
